Facility is now vacant. All services are shut down. I talked with Steve from Larson Baker Property Management who said the facility has no leasing activity at this time. If a new occupant is found, the fire sprinkler system in the "PIT" of this car oil change building will be brought up to full compliance prior to a C of O application. |
