On 11/17/08 I did a quick visual inspection prior to the event to insure that all emergency egree access were clear, unblocked, visible, and operational. Once the event started the managment were well staffed with plenty of security and personel to handle the event. They had two counters, one at each of the door to insure a proper occupancy count and did not allow people who left back into the event to insure that there was no mistake on the occupancy load. The security did a good job maintaining the fire lanes and emergency path ways. Their were also security memebers posted at every exit in case of an emergency. The occupant load was around 1230 at max capacity. The place was full but felt like it could easily be handled. Over all I did not feel that there was a over crowding issue and felt safe with the way managment handled the event. A full fire inspection is not needed as one has been done with in the last few months and every issue had been handled. |
