Except as specifically permitted by this section egress doors shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. _____ Remove the double-key lock and replace with an approved locking device such as, thumb turn lock or panic hardware from the East back door. _____ Remove the double-key lock from the south egress door, and maintain that the panic hardware door remains a stand alone system without any additional locks. 1027.5 Illumination emergency power. The power supply for means of egress illumination shall normally be provided by the premises' electrical supply. In the event of power supply failure, illumination shall be automatically provided from an emergency system for the following occupancies where such occupancies require two or more means of egress: all Emergency lighting shall be functional and properly maintained in conjunction with IFC section 1027. _____ Fix, repair, and/or replace the emergency lighting in order to meet code standards (On the North/East wall, and Storage hall) ________________________________________________ (Joseph P.
