Pizza oven is used for pizza only. -Hood was installed and permitted 1997- Type II, we have made no changes to that area to require fire extinguishing system. We havea complete cooking area with deep fryer for cooking wings and other food (all to code). We request that since ths oven is used for pizza only. We feel that we provide a safe cooking environment and all other areas have been upgraded to new systems, blowers ducts and wet ansul. APPROVED BY CHIEF DAN UTHE. |
