INVESTIGATED COMPLAINT. BRACKET FOR GATE CLOSING MECHANISM WAS BROKEN. HOME OWNER STATED THAT IT WAS BROKEN BY EMERGENCY CREW WHILE MOVING A GURNEY WITH PATIENT TO AMBULANCE FOR TRANSPORT. REPORT WAS SENT RISK MANAGEMENT. THIS COMPLAINT IS CLOSED. |
