DURING THE ANNUAL FIRE SPRINKLER INSPECTION THE FOLLOWING DEFICIENCIES WERE FOUND AND SHALL BE CORRECTED.

1) ALL STORAGE SHALL BE LOWERED TO NO CLOSER THAN 18 INCHES BELOW A SPRINKLER HEAD DEFLECTOR. STORAGE IS BLOCKING SPRAY PATTERNS.

2) MANY SPRINKLER HEADS ARE DUST LADEN AND SHALL BE CLEANED. DO NOT USE CHEMICALS IN THE CLEANING PROCESS.
