10/22/2008 INSP - FULL Violation 605.1 Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. You will have a licensed electrician repair or replace the cords to:
1) the lights in the soup buffet bar
2) the steamer in the kitchen
Both items have been red tagged as a hazard and shall not be used until properly repaired and tag is removed upon reinspection by the fire inspector.

10/22/2008 INSP - FULL Violation 1006.1 Illumination required. The means of egress, including the exit discharge, shall be illuminated at all times the building space served by the means of egress is occupied. You will cause your emergency lighting to operate over your front exit doors.
10/22/2008 INSP - FULL Violation 1003.5 Elevation change. Where changes in elevation of less than 12 inches (305 mm) exist in the means of egress, sloped surfaces shall be used.
A step is permitted in aisles serving seating that has a difference in elevation less than 12 inches (305 mm) at locations not required to be accessible by Chapter 11 of the International Building Code, provided that the risers and treads comply with Section 1025.11 and
the aisle is provided with a handrail complying with Section 1025.13.

Your exiting from the stage area is not in compiance with the continuity of an exit. In order to comply you can:
1)Remove the booth seating on your stage area
or
2)Provide an accessable stair and hand rail to exit from stage area.
