I SPOKE WITH PRORERTY OWNER. I LEFT COPY OF P. C. ADDRESSING DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS. THE OLD MATTRESSES AND OTHER DEBRIS IS DUE TO BE REMOVED THIS WEEK. THE STORAGE IN BUILDING A IS IN ONLY ONE UNIT TEMPORARILY. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH DEBRIS REMOVAL AND THE LOOSE CONDUIT ISSUE. |

Complex carries two addresses (4848 E Pima & 1646 N Mt View) but both are not visible from street. There is a wooden structure containing solied mattresses and other refuse in the SE corner that appears to have been there for quite some time. There is a bent piece of electrical conduit at head level hanging off of a carport in the south parking lot. The "A" building appears to be used entirely for storage, with the "stuff" piled up above the windows. Manager is Leslie Schaefer at 327-0000. |
