Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code with modifications. A Re-inspection will be performed on or about September 9, 2008. 3404.2.7.4 Emergency venting. Stationary, above-ground tanks shall be equipped with additional venting that will relieve excessive internal pressure caused by exposure to fires. - Emergency venting needs to be installed. 3404.2.7.3.3 Vent pipe outlets. Vent outlets on atmospheric tanks storing Class IIIB liquids are allowed to discharge inside a building if the vent is a normally closed vent. - A "Normally closed" type vent needs to be installed. |
