I SPOKE WITH COLIN FORESMAN WHO RENTS THE HOUSE CARRYING THIS ADDRESS BY PHONE. HE STATED THAT SOME OF HIS FRIENDS WERE DISMANTLING A VEHICLE FOR USABLE PARTS AND IN THE PROCESS THEY UNKNOWINGLY CUT A FUEL LINE AND SOME DIESEL FUEL LEAKED ONTO THE GROUND OF THE DRIVEWAY. WHEN THEY NOTICED THE LEAK THEY STOPPED IT. MR. FORESMAN STATED THAT HE HAD ALREADY PLANNED TO REMOVE THE CONTAMINATED DIRT. THE LEAK COVERED AN AREA APPROXIMATELY 1 FOOT BY 2 FEET. |
