No interior tenant work or changes were included in this project. The suite is currently occupied by a printing company that utilizes only digital reproduction methods. the tenant is open seven days a week for extended hrs and is quite a busy operation. Installing a fire spinkler system overhead in an occupied space is expensive and time consuming. the work will have to be performed off hours when possible and the owner will be required to make rent compensations to the tenant for loss of revenue/access during the work period. APPROVED WITH STIPLUATIONS on 12/18/07- spinklers shall be installed within one year or at change of tenant- whatever comes first. Per Chief Dan Uthe. |
