Storage shall be separated from heaters or heating devices by distance or shielding so that ignition cannot occur. Clean up the combustible storage behind your refridgerator, on top of the refrigderator, in closet in office area ( blocking electrical panel), and near the hot water heater in the kitchen.

You will have your K-class extinguisher mounted within 30 feet of your deep fat fryers.

Approved covers shall be provided for all switch and electrical outlet boxes. Replace cover on electric panel in kitchen, on wall switch in office, outlet in office, a cover plate over open junction box in office, the cover over the circuitry in your deepfat fryer in kitchen, and anywhere else their is an open electrical box.

You will post your occupant load in a conspicuous place in the bar area near the main exit.
