| 08/01/2008 | INSP - FULL | Approved | I inspected the school to find a security gate in the main egress path of travel. It is meant to force people to go through the office in order to gain access onto the main campass. The gate rquires a key to unlock it and the polls which secure the gate in place need to be lifted in order to open the gate. This is not in the egress path of travel. However, a single gate located east of the ADMIN building is in the egress path of travel and requires panic hardware. I have issued an occupancy inspection report on 8/04/08 requiring panic hardaware, or some other method be installed to allow for quick and uncomplicated exit. |
