Numerous false alarms are being triggered (16 in 2 months), mostly by small children. Medical alarms are in each room, a red handle with a cord attached. The site is not staffed. Also, there is a reported issue with the Knox Box. |

Received many complaints from Batt.4 companies regarding access and lack of trained employees to reset fire alarm. A lock box is needed for lobby access and alarm training is due for all employees. |
