Manually operated flush bolts or surface bolts are not permitted. _____ Remove the slide bolt(s) from the rear egress door and/or replace with an approved lockign device. The door shall meet the code standards of 1008.1.8.5 1008.1.8.5 Unlatching. The unlatching of any door or leaf shall not require more than one operation. _____ The front main entrance door secondary locking device shall be disabled or replaced to meet code standards.
