TFC 1011 EXIT SIGNS - Repair illumination of patio exit sign TFC 3003 COMPRESSED GAS CYLINDERS - Chain/Secure all compressed gas cylinders (Kitchen) TFC 3809 LPA - Remove Propane cylinders from mushroom heaters (2) in kitchen. Cylinders must be stored outside the building. Insp Glenn D'Auria (MA16). TFC 603.1 ELECTRICAL HAZARDS - Install missing outlet (J-box) cover plates in Kit & at south bar. Also, replace extension cord at steps w/permanent wire & conduit. TFC 102.7 Gas supply to cooking appliances must be "capped off". |
