Received an inquiry from E14A regarding acces to rear of apt. building. Entrance has electronic gates, but lacks an unobstucted 20ft. pathway. So, the rear gate must be instantly accesible to responding apparatus, via a lock box, or a FD padlock. Water supply to the complex would also be hampered by the locked gate, as well. |
