Remove the extention cord to the radio by booth #1 and the extention cord on top of booth # 3 2) Provide access panels in the vent stacks of booths for inspecting and changing out sprinkler heads when necessary. The sprinkler heads in the stacks shall be inspected for overspray 3) Sprinkler heads in spray booths that are covered with overspray shall be changed out and covered with baggies 4) The electrical outlet by the dryer shall have the face plate replaced 5) The electrical panel by booth # 4 shall have the locking device replaced 6) The newly installed spray booth shall have sprinklers installed before use. permits and submittals required 7) open flames and sparks. The fired gas heater with the open flame shall be relocated or shall have discontinued use. Please see the enclosed attachment. It is now within the nonallowable distance from the spraying area. |
