| 05/30/2008 | INSP - FULL | Violation | 1). Currently there are suites with out full coverage of ceiling tiles. The ceiling tiles are part of the fire protection system. Compliance may be obtained in one of the following ways. a). Move sprinkler heads to upright position, 1-12 inches from ceiling as required by NFPA 13 4-4.1.4. (Enclosed). b). Remove ALL combustible material from floors/suites affected. This includes all furniture, partitions, boxes, etc. No items can me stored in these areas. c). Replace ceiling tiles and grids. 2). Quest computer room. Mount extinguisher. IFC 901.6 3). 1st floor electrical room, telephone equipment room, 2nd floor electrical room. Repair holes with approved fire rated materials. IFC 701.3 4). All combustible material shall be 36" from electrical panels. |
