| 05/20/2008 | INSP - FULL | Correction Required | During a follow up inspection by a contractor on the allual inspection of the fire protection system, the following deficiencies were brought to our attention and are required to be repaired: 1) Suite 100 A walk in freezer has been removed and the dry pendant sprinklers were left in place. They shall be removed. Suite 136 Canal Street Both restrooms amd the hallway are required to have sprinkler protection. In the kitchen area a walk in freezer was removed and the dry pendant sprinklers were left in place. They shall be removed. In the east kitchen area and the managers office sprinklers are closer togeather than the allowable 6' Check walk in freezer for correct sprinkller coverage. 901.6 Fire protection systems 1) Suite 100 - La Ucina A freezer has been removed and rhe dry pendant sprinklers were left in place, they need to be removed. 2) Suite 136 Egrolls / Canal Street Both restrooms are required to have sprinkler protection. The hall way by the restrooms required to have sprinklers. In the kitchen area a freezer was removed and the sprinklers were left in place and need to be removed. On the east wall in the dining area sprinklers exceed the allowable 7' 6" off the wall. i |
