the paper work for a new lock box has been placed and the lock box is on order. Once the lock box comes in a request of assistance will be called in. The block box will be placed next to the main office door. The complaint has been handled and completed. |

Follow up to complaint: Alarm system pull station was broken. already scheduled for repair. the apartment already has a Knox box, but the box is out dated and fire department keys do not work. They have requested paper work for a new lock box system. The manager (Nita Hall) will keep me posted on the status of the alarm system. |
