Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code with modifications. A Re-inspection will be performed on or about April 30, 2008.



3404.2.7.3.3 Vent pipe outlets. Vent outlets on atmospheric tanks storing Class IIIB liquids are allowed to discharge inside a building if the vent is a normally closed vent.
- Normally closed vents shall be installed on the 4 oil tanks or the vents must discharge outside the building.
