Found "fire lane" with valet service. Chains were not in place. Post for chains at north end was no longer present. Spoke to Marshall Foundation about "fire lane" and issue with chain. Will follow up. |

Fire lane is allowed to be used for VIP valet service. At 9pm on 3/29, VIP service not operating, but required chains for each end of the access lane were not up.. Park-Wise had purchased TFD padlocks, but they were not in use. Pre-cite had been issued a couple months back for this very issue. |
