02/19/2008 INSP - FULL Violation On 2-12-08, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 2950 North Euclid.

The following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted:

1). Currently there are stacks of tires and wood along the east side fence of rear yard area.
The Tucson Fire Code states:

315.3 Outside storage. Outside storage of combustible materials shall not be located within 10 feet (3048 mm) of a property line.

Exceptions:
1. The separation distance is allowed to be reduced to 3 feet (914 mm) for storage not exceeding 6 feet (1829 mm) in height.
2. The separation distance is allowed to be reduced when the fire code official determines that no hazard to the adjoining property exists.

All combustible storage shall be moved 10 feet from property line.
