Upon visiting site, and reviewing the subdivion plans, there is no FD enforceable fire lane. The street has been built to allow the minimum of 20ft. for fire apparatus to pass, with 8ft. on each side of the street to allow parking on both sides. The signs should read "no parking" as opposed to mentioning fire access. |
