AT SITE, SPOKE TO TENANT, BERYL LONG. HOLE IS IN KITCHEN CEILING. SHE SAID LANDLORD FIXED ROOF BUT STILL LEAKS. ELECTRIC STOVE, BERYL STATES SHE GETS SHOCK OFF OF THE STOVE AND HOOD. I FOUND NO WATER OR TRACED OF WATER IN CEILING AROUND HOLE. I TOUCHED STOVE AND HOOD WHILE BOTH APPLIANCED WERE ON. NO SHOCK. |
