Plans have been submitted but he needs to pay $1K to get the permits which he dosn't have right now. He has removed alot of items from the back and is still working the storage issue. When we talked on 9/8/2010 he stated he may have to move back into the house to keep from going to court. This is a very big lot and with the 25% rule he could place all item in the back and be with in the code. Will check back at he end of Oct. |
