Inspector spoke with the owner who lives in Colorado on 11/13/08. A realtor will be showing the site to a potential buyer on Friday. Owner will make repairs to or board the windows and install locks on the doors. Inspector will monitor site. Owner met with the inspector to show property with possible sale pending. She had the broken window boarded. A realtor continues to show the property, as well as architects needing access for possible improvements. The property is secured by a six foot perimeter fence. Some doors do not lock. |
