ROBERT THE CONTRACTOR STATED HE WILL MAKE REPAIRS ON 12-29-08 AT 11:00 AM. TIME AND DATE WERE SET BE TENANT. I TOLD TENANT IF SHE DOESN'T ALLOW ACCESS ON THAT DATE I WOULD CLOSE MY CASE.
SHE SAID SHE WOULD BE HOME AND CONTINUES NOT TO SPEAK TO OWNER.
12/11/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved OWNER CALLED AND SAID THE UNIT WAS REPAIRED HE STATED HE DID NOT RECEIVED THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION. I TOLD HIM IT WAS MAILED ON 12-04-08, THEN HE SAID OH I HAVEN'T CHECKED MY MAIL. I ASKED HIM TO RETRIEVE THE NOTICE AND GO OVER IT WITH HIS CONTRACTOR AND IF HE FEELS ALL WORK IS COMPLETE THEN TO CALL ME TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AT THE SITE. HE STATED ENTRY WAS DIFFICULT DUE TO TENANT NOT ALLOWING ACCESS TO CONTRACTOR.
12/09/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I CALLED LEFT MESSAGE WITH TENANT, SHE IS RESPONSIBLE TO CONTACT OWNER AND RESCHEDULE REPAIR CREW. I DID ASK FOR A CALL BACK TO MY OFFICE WHERE SHE WILL BE INSTRUCTED IF SHE CONTINUES TO DENY ACCESS I WILL CLOSE CASE ONCE EXTERIOR REPAIRS ARE COMPLETED. THERE WERE NO LIFE SAFETY ISSUES IN THE INTERIOR.
