CALLED DAVE BENETTE AND WATER WAS OFF, BUT TENANTS PAID BILL AND WATER WAS RESTORED. FOUND GAS CAN WITH MIX FUEL FOR CHAIN SAW AND WAS MOVED TO FRONT DOOR DUE TO NEIGHBOR COMPLAINING OF GAS ODOR. NO ONE HOME, FOUND WHITE POWDER AND HAS DESOLVED TO GROUND. LOOKS LIKE SAND. FRONT YARD HAS BEEN CLEANED AND BACK YARD LACKING. OWNER WAS SENT NOV WHO DOESN'T LIVE AT THIS ADDRESS. WILL CALL HOA MANAGEMENT FOR NEW ADDRESS. |
