BEAMS LACK WEATHER PROTECTION.SEVERAL EXTERIOR SURFACES AND FEATURES, INCLUDING DOORS, DOOR HEADERS, WINDOW AND DOOR FRAMES, REAR COVERED ENTRY, AND FRONT BEAMS ARE IN A DILAPIDATED CONDITION AND LACK PROTECTIVE TREAMENT FROM THE ELEMENTS.EXTERIOR WALLS SURROUNDING BUILDING HAVE DETERIORATED PAINT; A LARGE CRACK IS EVIDENT ALONG THE SOUTHEAST SECTION OF WALL, ALLOWING MOISTURE TO PENETRATE BUILDING. MAIN ELECTRICAL SERVICE PANELS FOR EACH UNIT ARE LACKING UNIT LABELS BREAKERS IN EACH SERVICE PANEL LACK LABELS AND BREAKER SERVICE FILL-IN COVER PLATES. SOME REFUSE, INCLUDING OLD COUCHES, GREENWASTE, ETC. IS PRESENT ON PROPERTY. |
