Parking required is .7 spaces per bed. The city is aware this has been a fraternity for many years and this will help. the parking lay out works but you can not access from the alley. because of the interest in closing the alley he suggested showing the access off 1st next to the alley for now. this process takes 4 weeks from submittal. I am in contact with Mr.. Valdez and he has been patiently waiting for us to start submitting to the city. I need to get the purchase contracts signed by the fraternity and start moving this process forward. |
