Met with the advisor last Friday and a Fire inspector which he states that a few weeks back they were using the upstairs as sleeping quarters. The basement area is also being used as sleeping area, I was not able to get in but I did see boards on the windows. Two of the spaces upstairs are currently being used a sleeping areas.
