TALKED WITH GARY WHO RENTS, NO LIGHTS ON AT THIS TIME. ALLEY SHOWS FLOOD LIGHTS ON REAR BUILDING. LIGHTS ARE MOTION DET. COME ON IF TRIGGERED ON-OFF, ON-OFF. EXPLAINED TO GARY THIS WILL EITHER HAVE TO BE SHIELDED, REMOVED, LOWERED LUMINS SO AS TO NOT INTRUDE ON NEIGHBORS. GARY AGREED, WILL TALK WITH OWNER AND MAKE REPAIRS, CLOSE CASE, NO VIOLATION AT THIS TIME. |
