MET WITH SON CURTIS JONES ON SITE ALONG WITH TPD. OWNER MARJORIE JONES IS INCAPACITATE. THE BUILDING DOOR OPENING WAS UNSECURED ALONG WITH ONE BROKEN WINDOW PANE IN BATHROOM. THE ENTIRE HOME WAS FLOOD DUE TO WATER LEAK, TPD DID SHUT WATER OFF AT GATE VALVE SIDE OF HOME. I SHUT ALL THE BREAKERS TO THE MAIN DISCONNECT. GAS METER IS PINNED OFF. THE DWELLING IS VACANT AND UNSECURED AT THIS TIME, THE EXTERIOR HAS GRASS AND WEEDS OVER 6 INCHES IN HEIGHT ALONG WITH DEBRIS. I ISSUED AN NOV FOR 24 HOURS TO SECURE THE BUILDING AND 30 DAYS TO CLEAN THE GROUNDS. |
