| 09/17/2008 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | TPD callout re: living conditions. Upon arrival I found the homeowner talking with officers. Sgt. Wheeler took me throuh the house. There was an extreme amount of storage, clutter, trash, refuse and debris throughout the home, see SIRE for photographs. Although there was access in the form of pathways, the amount of things was overwhelming. I explained to the owner that the living conditions were unacceptable and needed to be corrected. I explained that even though the conditions did not meet the all criteria for Condemnation that the conditions were hazardous on many levels. I explained that the area Inspector, Richard Diaz, would be in contact with her and follow up to insure the corrections were made and the home cleaned up, storage kept appropriately and the trash, debris and refuse disposed of properly. Follow up in 48 hours of less. |
