INSPECTION SHOWED THAT LIKELY TREE IN QUESTION IS A TAMARASK TREE ON THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN PARCEL 113-10-033D AND 1810 E MITCHELL STREET (REAR OF 1810). THE TREE DOES HAVE BRANCHES HANGING INTO BOTH PARCELS AND IS GROWN INTO THE UTILITIY LINES. HOWEVER, REMOVAL OR ABATEMENT OF THE BRANCHES IN THIS INSTANCE IS A PRIVATE MATTER, AS THERE IS NO OBSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS, STREETS, OR ALLEYS. TEP SHOULD BE CONTACTED BY COMPLAINANT.
