I received an email from Elizabeth Eberbach of DSD flood control, she asked James Femling of DSD storm water to inspect the property at 337 E Alturas St. James went out there today and stated that there no active from the bordering neighbors of grading changes or manipulation of soil from adjacent properties. DSD recommends that owner to hire drainage engineer for consultation as to what would be best options for onsite drainage problem. This is a civil issue.
I called owner Harry Grandy and advised him of all research and options.

At this point DNR will close case.
