01/09/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH OWNER JERRY DOUGHERTY WHO MENTIONED DAUGHTER HAS MOVED INSIDE, BUT STILL HAVING DRAWING DONE TO CONVERT TO A LIVING SPACE. I EXPLAINED HE WOULD NEVER GET A PERMIT FOR THAT, BUT HE WAS TOLD AT D.S.D. TO DUBMIT DRAWING. I EXPLAINED HE WOULD NEED TO CAP PLUMBING & SEWER, PERMIT THE ELECTRICAL AND HE COULD THEN USE THAT FOR STORAGE OR WHATEVER HE WANTED, BUT SHOW ME UTILITIES ARE DISCONNECTED. TIME EXTENDED 30 DAYS.
12/03/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved SPOKE TO RICK SALDATE AND CARLOS PORTILLO WHO BOTH AGREED THAT AN EXTENSION WOULD BE GRANTED TO ALLOW OWNER TO DECIDE AND THEN FOLLOW UP WITH A DECISION AFTER TALKING TO BILL RICHARDSON. EXTENSION GRANTED UNTIL 1/7/2009.
