Initial inspection revealed two shopping carts in the area, neither had any identification as to the store(s) they came from. About 1/8th of a mile south of 22nd St. along the railroad tracks there were several carts and much rubbish and garbage. It appeared to be a transient or homeless camp. Will refer to TPD for homeless camp. Will attempt contact with the stores of the carts that had markings. |
