Follow up inspection. 2 carts present. I spoke with the owner of the business. He is aware of the problem and stated is doing what he can to stop the derelicts and vagrants whom are leaving the carts there. I suggested he contact the stores from which the cart were taken. He agreed to keep and eye out for the carts and move them around to a safe area and contact the respective stores. |
