1. To have permits in issued status for all work done with the set back corrections or demolish all structures.

2. If signature's our obtain and I receive positive report from Michael Taku from DSD I would grant more time for the DDO process.

12/30/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved SPOKE TO CONTRACTOR ROY ARMENTA HE STATES HE DID INSTRUCT OWNER NORBERTO ESCOBAR 3 WEEKS AGO TO GET NEEDED SIGNATURES FOR THE D.D.O. REQUIREMENTS. I TOLD HIM AND LEFT MESSAGE WITH OWNER FINAL OPTIONS.

1. TO HAVE PERMITS IN ISSUED STATUS FOR ALL WORK DONE WITH THE SET BACK CORRECTIONS OR DEMOLISH ALL STRUCTURES.
2. IF SIGNATURE'S OUR OBTAIN AND I RECEIVE POSITIVE REPORT FROM MICHAEL TAKU FROM DSD I WOULD GRANT MORE TIME.

SPOKE TO ROY ARMENTA (CONTRACTOR)WHO STATES HE HAS MET WITH Michael Taku OF D.S.D AND HAS PLANS READY FOR REVIEW. IS IN PROCESS OF OBTAINING SIGNATURES FROM NEIGHBORS DUE TO SET BACK ENCROACHMENT AT THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY. THE NORTH NEIGHBOR LIVES IN ALASKA WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO CONTACT. THE SOUTH NEIGHBOR STATES HE IS THE SON AND FATHER LIVES IN CALIFORNIA.
I ASKED ROY TO FAX ME A PROGRESS REPORT. I'LL CHECK BACK IN 30 DAYS.

AFTER THE 30 DAYS EXPIRE
IF SIGNATURES CAN NOT BE OBTAINED IN THE 30 DAYS TO CONTINUE THE D.D.O PROCESS, I'LL GIVE A SHORT DEADLINE TO OBTAIN AND SECURE A PERMITS FOR THE STRUCTURES THAT MEET SETBACKS AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY AND DEMOLISH THE AS BUILT STRUCTURE IN THE FRONT.
10/29/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved THIS IS THE PROPERTY WITH THE UN-PERMITTED STRUCTURES, TWO ARE ATTACHED TO THE MAIN DWELLING AND ONE IS DETACHED. I SPOKE TO ROY ARMENTA WHO HAS SUBMITTED PLANS TO DSD. THERE IS AN APPLIED PERMIT T08CM03062. THEY RAN INTO PROBLEMS WITH THE SET BACKS THEY ARE REQUESTING MORE TIME AT THIS POINT. I ASKED ROY TO FAX MY OFFICE A LETTER OF EXPLANATION AND STATUS. AT THIS POINT I HAVE GRANTED A 30 DAY EXTENSION. THEY ARE CONSIDERING A D.D.O. PROCESS.
