240 v OUTLET IN LAUNDRY ROOM IS VISIBLY DAMAGED AND WAS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT- LACKING CONDUIT AND POSSIBLY WRONG GAUGE OF ROMEX.
REAR BATHROOM AT WEST END OF UNIT IS INOPERABLE: SHOWER DRAIN MAY NOT BE CONNECTED TO SEWER; TOILET DOES NOT FLUSH PROPERLY AND BACKS UP.
FRONT DOOR LOCK IS NOT IN GOOD OPERATING CONDITION. REAR DOOR IS BROKEN AND DOES NOT HAVE AN OPERABLE LOCKING MECHANISM. THERE ARE SEVERAL LEAKS IN THE ROOF ALLOWING WATER INTO THE INTERIOR. TWO SOUTH FACING WINDOWS ARE ALLOWING WATER TO SEEP THROUGH TO INTERIOR FRAMING, CAUSING DAMAGE TO WOOD AND MOISTURE TO ENTER THE INTERIOR OF THE RESIDENCE.
SMOKE DETECTOR IS NON-FUNCTIONAL. IT IS NOTED THAT THE EXTERIOR SURFACES ARE NOTICEABLY STARTING TO ROT ALONG UPPER AND LOWER EDGES; PAINT IS STARTING TO PEEL; PANELING WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED AND REPAINTED IF DETERIORATION CONTINUES TO ENSURE WEATHER PROTECTION.
