He has completed the stucco to the exterior of the structure and large planter in front of the structure. Roofers lined up to complete the roofing and have already been paid. Progress is being made. Extension granted.

08/25/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Spoke with owner. Explained that there was no response for him or DSD. Caller mentioned that his boss was talking with DSD. Arrangements had been made. This matter is being addressed by DSD.
08/08/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site, found grass & weeds in front along the east side of the property. Twelve foot section of chain link fence that exposed back yard and vehicles has been screened. Cars can no longer be seen. 8/11/08 called and spoke with owner who mentioned letter in the Pro Section of permit on line was enough proof that the permit was active. Inspector asked the owner to follow-up with DSD.
07/09/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspected property at night to see if owners are living in dwelling. There was evidence of someone living in dwellings.
