She is requesting an extension till 12-29-08 due to financial reasons and title issues with the vehicles. She did state several time during our meeting that she has no one to help her and is disabled and requests an accommodation. We discussed options and how to abate the two junk motor vehicles and remove the 20 bags of clothing in her back yard in the open. The weeds and the couch at the curb have been abated. I agreed to the extension provided she abates all violations by the date of 12-29-2008. I did advises her this was a one time extension, if is not in compliance by that date I will issue her a citation. Present at this meeting was the rude daughter and husband who falsely represented herself as the owner on my initial inspection which was 10-03-08. |
