DOOR WAS DAMANGED BY TENANT AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, MANAGEMENT IS WORKING ON REPLACING THE DOOR. TENANT'S DOG DAMAGED BASEBOARD & FLOOR. MANAGEMENT IS WORKING ON THAT AS WELL. THIS IS NOT A DNR CASE. CLOSE CASE. |
