07/23/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved CLOSED PER SUPERVISION. HOUSE BEING SOLD BY STATE. FENCING AND BOARDS REMOVED. ALL ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE INTERIOR. VIOLATION ABATED, CLOSE CASE.
01/28/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I was on the property 1-28-09 with Anita from the assisting Attorney General office and the locks have been changed to dead bolts and Anita has the key. The front security door has been changed, the side wood door has been changed and the security door for the sliding glass door in the back has been changed and all keyed alike. The boards have been removed from all windows and doors except where glass panes are broken. One in back a 8040 XOX and in front by entry door a 1070 fixed.
There was a company to look at cleaning the property inside and outside and a real state broker to assess the house for selling the property. He also has a key to enter the property and has been working thru the assisting Attorney General office. They are trying to get all utilities on to check everything to see if all is working or what needs to be done to correct.
The fencing will be removed tomorrow and have already talk to Mike from Biff Baker Fencing Company. Anita will be calling me for other updates.
01/26/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I was on the property 1-26-09 and met with the assisting Attorney Generals office. Anita was on site and brought Gospel Rescue Mission to site and they remove items from the sheds stored in the back yard. They have left some items inside and will probably be thrown in trash. There are some items inside the house and Gospel Rescue Mission will come back and look at what is left to check if they will take items. They will be checking on Thursday or Friday to see what they will take. The sheds are no longer being kept secured with board up due to there is nothing in them that needs to be kept secured.
12/17/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved At site today with Assisting Attorney General office to let the owner into the property to remove items that were left from seizure warrant. The owner has 2-days to remove items and that has been arranged through the attorneys. Will be there tomorrow and asking for trucks to be on site due to we had to wait for trucks today. Owner has been advised today that if trucks not on site at 9:00 AM, that gate will not be opened. Owner started 1-shed then went inside to remove items in house. House is secured and vacant with chain link fence still up. Will be on site tomorrow.
