The house is vacant and secured with a for sale sign in front. Found no bees's and the bush that was in front of the electrical panel has been trimmed. I have called the realtor due to there is a porch for landscape screening that is falling and not secured properly. There was no permit found for the structure being built. Did advised the realtor that a permit will be required if going to remain on the property or remove it, which he will do due to unable to see it passing for a permit. Lee has been trying to get the electrical back on to have power to the property and has to put a barrier at the pool area that was removed. He has to secure the windows to prevent entry to the pool area. All this has to be done before the power can be restored. Lee is the realtor and will make these changes due to he wants to sell the property. Will be checking in 30 days. | |
