12/02/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Spoke with owner. Permit has been applied for. Plans to be submitted, but not passed due to cahnges in the code. The apt was to be re-constructed as originaly built, but changes need to be made. Insurnace nnedde to be adjusted to cover costs. Plans have been re-submitted and owner hopes construction to start by the new year. Demoliotion of roof and interio walls has been completed and debris removed. Fencing and boarding remain in place. Will allow plans and premit process to be completed. Follow-up in January 2009.
11/03/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Site remains cleaned up. Structre secured by fencing and board upo. Front and rear secured from surrounding structure. Appears nothing has been done to the interior of the property. Will follow-up with owner.
