VISITED SITE (WASH). ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF WASH IS A SUB-DIVISION LINED BY A BLOCK WALL. ALONG WEST SIDE WERE HOTELS (LAQUINTA, TRAVELERS, ETC). WALKED THE WAS FOR APPRX 250 YRDS. FOUND SEVERAL HOMELESS CAMPS AND WASH IS LINED WITH TRASH AND DEBRIS. WILL FOLLOW UP WITH CARLOS PORTILLO |
